By accessing or using the KindWay Novato Concrete website (the "Site") or by engaging our concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

KindWay Novato Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Marin County and surrounding areas of Northern California, including but not limited to: driveway installation and replacement, patio and walkway construction, foundation work, concrete repair and resurfacing, stamped and decorative concrete, and related work.

Services are provided subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. These Terms do not constitute a service contract and do not guarantee the availability of any specific service.

Any estimate or quote provided by KindWay Novato Concrete is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed or reported.

Estimates do not include permit fees, utility locates, or work required by local building departments beyond what is specified in the written proposal. Final pricing is subject to a signed written agreement.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not: use the Site to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems, use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or copy content from the Site, or impersonate KindWay Novato Concrete or any of its employees or agents.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of KindWay Novato Concrete or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KindWay Novato Concrete does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site, including descriptions of services, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice specific to your project or property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KindWay Novato Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for claims arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
